The Refuge for Refugees Committee is happy to report that St. Paul’s will welcome another refugee family in early September. This family (mother and two adult sons) comes to us from Sudan. We are asked to furnish a two bedroom apartment with everything a family would need on the first day they move in. Continue reading to see how you can help.
Veterans and Military Outreach (VMO) needs your HELP to ensure our Military and Veterans receive the necessary supplies to BEAT THE HEAT this summer. The Arts & Crafts Festival for Outreach, Nov 9, 2019: Help Wanted! We are looking for additional committee members. We need someone to manage the St. Paul’s Table, which sells handmade items donated by parishioners, and someone to coordinate volunteer scheduling. The Festival will take place on Saturday, November 9, with proceeds going to outreach. …
St. Paul’s has been given an opportunity to serve those less fortunate by helping out on an ongoing basis at the Dorcas Food Pantry. We have been asked to supply 4 volunteers for the 2nd and 4th Saturday from noon to 3:00 p.m. on an on-going basis. Continue reading for more and to sign up.
