Church ministries and groups may reserve a room at St. Paul’s using one of the methods below. If you are a member of the greater community, we are pleased to offer the use of the St. Paul’s facilities for approved events.

Before filling out the Room Reservation Form, please view the Room Reservation Calendar to check general availability. Dates are not guaranteed until you check with the office.
- A Room Reservation Form (PDF) may be returned to the church office or to facilities@stpaulscary.org. You may download the form and send a completed copy via email, or return the paper copy to the church office.
- Send an email to the Facilities Manager facilities@stpaulscary.org with the appropriate information from the form below.
- If you need audio/visual equipment for your event, please send an additional request to audio@stpaulscary.org.
- If you need childcare during your event, please contact Laura.Gorman@stpaulscary.org.
